How to Return Your Order
Before sending any item back, you must complete our online return form:

When filling out the return form, please provide your correct order number.
You can find your order number in your confirmation email or in your DesignerDistrict account.
If the order number is missing or incorrect, your return may be delayed or not processed.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The return form must be completed online before sending back the item.
- Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and without any signs of use.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.
- You may open the packaging to inspect or try the item, but labels, stickers, hangtags, and protective films must not be removed.
If the above conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you at your own expense.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are initially paid by the customer.
- Once your return is accepted and processed, DesignerDistrict.com will reimburse the return shipping cost together with the refund of the product price.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 4 weeks after receiving your returned item.
- If your refund takes longer, please email your return tracking number to support@designerdistrict.com so we can assist you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please indicate this clearly when completing the return form.
Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please fill out the Return Form and email us at support@designerdistrict.com with your correct order number and a description of the issue.
We will handle your return or replacement as quickly as possible.
Can Sale Items Be Returned?
Yes, even discounted or promotional items can be returned within 14 days, following the same return conditions.
